Who we are
myzoodle.fun sells Zoodle — Volume 1, a printed activity book for kids aged 5–12, created by Rishita and produced by her family ("Zoodle by Rishita", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@myzoodle.fun · WhatsApp +91 93183 51830.
Ordering & payment
You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking — processed securely by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card or UPI details) or choose Pay on Delivery and pay in cash when the book arrives. Party packs are prepaid online or arranged on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email; we may decline or cancel orders we can't verify or deliver, with a full refund of anything paid.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include free delivery. Children's activity books (HSN 4903) are GST-exempt, so the price you see at checkout is the full and final price. Promotional pricing applies only while the stated batch of copies lasts, as shown live on the site; the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
Delivery, cancellations & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy (free, ships in 24h, arrives in 2–5 working days). Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (cancel free before shipping; damaged or wrong books replaced free; online refunds to the original payment method in 5–7 working days).
The Zoodle Wall & contest
Uploads to the Zoodle Wall are governed by the consent you give at upload time and the Contest Terms. Artwork only, no children's faces; we review every submission by hand and you can ask for removal at any time.
Our content
The Zoodle book, Piko, and everything on this site are our copyright. Photocopy pages for your own kids as much as you like — please don't reproduce the book commercially.
The boring-but-necessary bits
We're liable up to the amount you paid for your order. These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in India. If we update these terms, the date at the top changes; the version live when you order is the one that applies to that order.
